Booking
Walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free. To be sure of a time, call or message us, ideally an hour or more ahead. Your booking is confirmed when we reply.
Changes, cancellation and late arrival
There is no fee. If your plans change, just call or message us so we can free the time.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Thai baht, and every guest pays the same rate. You can pay by cash, credit card or Thai QR payment (PromptPay). Tipping is entirely your choice.
Your health
Please tell us before your treatment if any of these apply to you:
- You are pregnant.
- You have a recent injury, a broken bone or recent surgery.
- You have a skin condition, an open wound, a rash or sunburn.
- You have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition or diabetes.
- You have varicose veins or a blood clotting problem.
- You have a fever or an infectious illness.
- You have an allergy, for example to oils, nuts or coconut.
- You have been drinking alcohol.
We may adapt a treatment, suggest another one, or decline it if it could harm your health. Thai standards for massage establishments ask us to take this care.
Not medical treatment
Our massages and beauty treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any illness, and they do not replace a doctor. If you have a medical condition, please ask your doctor first.
During your visit
Professional massage only. Tell your therapist at any time if something feels uncomfortable, and we stop or adjust straight away. Please keep your valuables in a locker.
Your health information
We use what you tell us about your health only to keep your treatment safe.
